FAQ

What is your turn around time?
We usually have your order made and in the post within 3-5 business days. Sometimes we might run a little behind schedule, so we offer a 'Renegade Grips Guarantee' - if we don't have your order in the post within 5 business days, it gets upgraded to express post for free!

How do I measure for my grips?
We strongly recommend everyone measures prior to placing a order as we all have different sized hands and personal preferences on how low you would like your grips to hang.
Quick Method - measure centre of bolt to centre of bolt on your current handles and add 4cm-5cm.
Precise Method - take a piece of rope and place it centre of bolt to centre of bolt of your current handles and slowly release some slack until it hangs at height that is to your liking. Take note of how much length is required and leave it as a comment in your cart.

Do I need to purchase the mounting kits for my grips?
Not at all. We just like to give people the option of the counter sunk washers and stainless steel hex bolts. You can also use washers and screws that you have at home to mount your grips!

Am I able to choose my own colours?
Absolutely. All of our products come with the option to choose your own colours. Please leave a note with your colour selection at cart.

Are you able to source a colour you don't stock for me?
We will happily do our best to source your required colour, and if we are unable to match it, we will send you a few options that are similar to get approval before ordering it in for you.

Do you only make the products listed?
We are 'knot afrayed' to take on custom work. In fact, a large portion of our work are products not listed. We have done horse lead ropes, water bottle holders, bracelets, swag carriers and everything in between. If you can imagine it, we can create it!

I need an odd number of grips, am I still able to order from you?
Of course! You can contact us on instagram or send an email and we will take care of it for you.

Who is responsible for payment of duties and taxes of international orders?
This is the responsibility of the purchaser
