Shipping policy

All orders are posted using Australia Post.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during check out. This is based on weight and dimensions. Shipping costs are at buyers expense.
We offer tracking options through Australia Post for all items. Any items sent without tracking by choice of the buyer are not eligible for compensation and/or replacement through Australia Post and Renegade Grips.
3. Returns Due to Change of Mind

4. Dispatch Time
You will receive your tracking number within 24 hours of purchase. All orders are usually made and dispatched within 72 hours excluding weekends and public holidays. If there is a delay with your order, we will send you an email to advise you of an updated dispatch date.
5. Delayed Delivery or Lost In Transit
Please contact Australia Post with your tracking number if your item has been delayed during transit. Australia Post will launch an investigation in an attempt to locate your parcel. If at the conclusion of Australia Posts Investigation your parcel has been deemed lost, we will issue you with a refund or replacement.
