Garlic Salt Biltong
Having guests over? We’ve got you covered. This is the non-offensive cousin of the chilli garlic flavour with no heat whatsoever. Salt, black pepper, coriander seeds and dehydrated garlic makes the basis of this flavour.

Chilli Garlic Biltong
No sweetness here, just savoury notes of black pepper, toasted coriander seed, dehydrated garlic and a good amount of heat from the crushed chilli flakes.

Chilli Salt Biltong
The Chilli Salt Biltong will take your taste buds on a wild ride. At first, you’ll taste the delicious combo of salt and grass fed beef, but then the chilli will sneak in and shake things up. This is where the real magic happens! The salt and chilli will make your mouth water and your nose run. It’s hot, but not so hot that you’ll regret it later.
